Product Description
Desiccated coconut is coconut meat which has been shredded or flaked and then dried to remove as much moisture as possible. There are a number of different styles of desiccated coconut used around the world, usually used in making curry, bakery, confectionery, ice cream, drinks and many more.
The desiccated coconuts are graded into two different types: fine grade and medium grade, high fat and low fat. The fine grade is the smallest grading sizes than the medium grade which is quite a bigger in size.
Quality: Fat content: 62% (min)- Moisture: 3% (max)- FFA: 0.5% (max)- E. Coli: absent- Salmonella: absent in 25g- SO2: 100 ppm (max)- Free from foreign matter- Storage recommendation: Product should be stored in cool and dry place.
Packing: In Kraft paper bags with PE inner and PP bags outside – Net weight: 50 kgs/bag or as the buyer’s requirement.
